TOOLS FOR PIPE BENDING
The Machine needs the following standard tooling elements for bending operation :
Roller Die
Clamp Die
Pressure Die
Mandrel
Wiper Die
Roller Die, Clamp Die and Pressure Die are must for all types of Bending
Mandrel is required for thin wall tubes.
Wiper Die is required for Ultra thin Wall tubes.
UNIPUNCH will undertake t0 Manufacture all the above tooling element's as per the Customer's Tube Bending requirements.
Note:
Tools are interchangeable in the machines
