Dual Blade Shear Cutting: Two shear blades are used horizontally and vertically to score and cut off the pipe. Machine can be either manually fed or automatically fed. Pipes from 12.7 Dia to 88 Dia can be cut. Pipes with seam can also be cut. Outputs of 2000 to 4000 cuts per hour are possible.
Cutting without wastage: This type of machine utilizes the principle of shearing a sheet metal. The pipe being cut is surrounded by two sets of dies on the outside and two punches on the inside. Good for cold drawn, seamless pipes. Outputs upto 5000 parts per hour are possible.
