| DESCRIPTION : |
| This press tool crops the sections, to achieve
uniformly cut, burr free lengths. hot tolled sections,
such as those used in window frames, Aluminium extrusions,
Roll formed sections, channels cannot be cropped
in an ordinary press tool. This requires a profile
punch and die, delivering the cut at an angle. UNIPUNCH
TOOLINGS offers a tool for the above purpose, in
which the die and punch openings are manufactured
to meet specific profiles. The tool can be used
on any type of fly press, power press or Hydraulic
press. Adjustable back control the length of the
piece to be cut. Die and punch blades are HC HC. |
